New Year New Architect

December 12, 2019

CaSA are delighted to announce that George is now a fully registered Architect - here are his feet (in his favourite area of the rather lovely reflecting pool), snapped on a recent study trip to former RIBA House of the Year, Caring Wood.

George started at CaSA Architects on placement back in the beginning of 2014. After periods back at the University of Bath completing his undergraduate and masters degrees, he continued his work at CaSA during any placement and university holidays. He has now finished the final portion of experience - a post graduate certificate in professional practice - and is now a fully registered Architect just in time for Christmas.

The use of the title Architect (with a capital 'A') is strictly regulated by the Architects Registration Board and it typically takes five years of university study and extended periods of professional experience before registration can be achieved.

We love it when we can play a part in the development of young Architects, and in fact, there are a number of our team who did the final part of their education whilst working with us - and are still with us to this day.
