At CaSA
Established in 2006, CaSA is a deliberately small, Bath based team of architects.
We share the belief that bold contemporary design, combined with sustainable principles can transform the way we live. The practice has over 20 years of experience in design, sustainability and construction management, giving us the flexibility and knowledge to tailor our approach to any project.
Great buildings come from great collaborations. Although serious about what we do, our design approach is rooted in friendly, open and informal relationships with our clients. This enables us to create individual homes based on a deep understanding of what will deliver joy, functionality and critically, value for each of our clients.
We work at all scales, on new, existing and historic homes alike.
We are members of the RIBA, the Association of Environmentally Conscious Building (AECB), the Green Register and The Passivhaus Trust.

We can cover every aspect of the process, from initial feasibility through to interiors and site management. We tailor our services to meet your individual needs.
We ensure our clients are able to make informed decisions at each stage. We identify options and opportunities from the outset and clearly communicate our ideas through sketches, detailed drawings and 3D images.
We also understand the need for pragmatism and efficiency, managing both the design and build process with your best interests at the heart of every decision.
We have developed close working relationships with a network of design team professionals and have an exemplary record in successfully navigating the ever more complex and demanding planning process.
The Team
Our Fees:
We adopt a very open, flexible approach to fees, to suit your project.
We discuss and agree a fee package with you at the outset to find the strategy which best meets your specific requirements. This might be time-based, fixed fees or a mixture of both.
Fees will then be reviewed with you before the commencement of each work stage, adjusted as necessary and approved before starting work.
We understand the financial pressure that all projects bring and ensure clear fee agreements which focus on delivering value throughout.
